STRANGE RASH ALL OVER HANDS ANYONE?

This only happened to me once and lasted about 2 months and then disappeared never to return again, thank goodness. Has anyone else ever had this happen to them? Just curious as it's just another weird symptom that occurred out of the blue for which the doctors had no explanation. This was before I started treating myself for B12 deficiency. Many thanks.

Hell e66, I used to get itchy from medications which would turn into a rash a few years back when i got menopausal. I had food intolerance testing but nothing major turned up except a few things bothered me like some brewer's yeast, red peppers, certain nuts, etc. You might be sensitive to some of the meds you are on or it could be something else. I found out I was histamine intolerant and started researching what helps. Come to find out I started taking a supplement called MSM which is usually for joints but it is also good for allergic reactions like rashes. I had to do something because I had to stay on the medications. I got some from Pure Encapsulations online amazon and I bought the capsules instead of the powder. I take 2 a day and it seemed to stop all the itching as I would try new clothes on and I would itch like crazy from the fermaldehyde they use now in the stretch clothing. I would have to wash them 2 or 3 times before I wore them. I also read that b6 is good for histamine intolerance but you can get more neuropathy from too much b6 so just be careful how much you take. It is usually best taken with other b complex supplements or in a multiple so it is balanced out. You can also buy it separately but just go with a lose dose if you do. Fbirder will know how much is safe or you can google it. I would just start with MSM as it is very safe and very effective for allergies. Quercitin also is like a natural antihistamine and will stop the itching but the MSM works great. It is a sulfur powder. I am only writing this as I suffered from itching for years and MSM has worked great for me. You might have to take it for a few weeks to really feel the difference but it works. I hope this is helpful.

Thank you my faithful friend, lots of brilliant information if it ever happens again. I also looked into the anit-histamine diet as I also used to get a really bad allergic cough all throughout the summer months and it drove me crazy. Funny, since I started taking the vit d the cough seems to have gone after years. I wonder if we are more prone to allergies with the B12 problem? Looks that way. I must start taking the B complex, I'm doing all the others and have also started the probiotics and that seems to help settle the stomach. Thanks for tip about MSM. Thanks for everything and take lots of care of yourself xxx
