They normally put in brackets the range you are supposed to be in. The folate looks low. Is there no comment from doctor looking at them? I'm sure if you look through the posts there have been many on optimum folate levels .

I am in the US and my serum b-12’s were:

2016: 243

2017: 348

2019: 313

Range: 200-1100 normal

I started feeling tired about 3 months before that 2016 serum b-12 test. I finally did research after this last one because of all my symptoms and insisted on better testing. February 25th I was diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia and tomorrow I will finally get my first injections. Our serum b-12 labs here state underneath if your are under 400 and having symptoms, further testing should be done. I am waiting on my ferritin test to come back as one was never done. Not sure if this helps, but if it was me I would want more tests.

I have been treated for b12 deficiency for over three years. In the past few months I have experienced tingling sensations on my face, neck arms hands and legs. Not painful but very ittitating.

Your test results are a bit on the low end. Nothing wrong with supplementing both. Do you have true PA or just a poor diet?
