Hi I have had loading doses a month ago. My numbness in my legs is getting worse plus I have a lot of pain with them. Feel tired all the time. Not been told what's wrong just that I needed the injections to try and get rid if the numbness. My b12 was 141. I live in the UK. Getting worried incase I have something seriously wrong with me. I am 53

I had the same late Dec. Had the injections for 2 weeks, I still do not feel any better. I have decided that I’m going back to the GP

to be referred to a specialist because I want to know why I

am B12 def as it’s not my diet.

Ask for a referral to a neurologist. There are many possible causes of your peripheral neuropathy and only a neurologist can tell if it's B12 or not.

See you GP and ask for some drugs for the pain. I take gabapentin others use pregabalin or amitriptyline.
