Hi

I have a few ampoules left of Hydrox that I have just noticed expire in March this year.

I have always kept them in a drawer in a cool room.Is it safe to use them after this date? I can’t bare to throw them away as they are so precious to me.

Please can you let me have your thoughts on this.

Many thanks.

It would be irresponsible for anybody to tell you that they were safe.

I’ve used hydroxocobalamin past its expiry date, but never that far past. I do t think I’d risk it for a few pounds.

think March this year probably means March 2019 - meaning that they will still be in date but approaching expiry.

Oops. Yup.

In that case I would have no problem with them.

Yeah that’s what I thought.Just wondered whether it would be safe to use a couple of months after March!

I keep mine in the fridge for that reason, hoping I can use them a bit longer then sell by date. However the ampoules are relatively inexpensive so would order a new batch to replace them.

I would use them before the expire date as your body will get rid of any excess. won’t do you any harm at all :) x
