Help! I’m trying to place my first order and having all sorts of difficulties! I live in Spain but they don’t seem to want to deliver to me here so I am using my father-in-law’s address in the UK. It just won’t let me pay via PayPal as it is still trying to give my Spanish address!

My German isn’t up to sorting this out, did I read somewhere that I could change the language on versandapo? TIA

Versandapo used to allow you to change language. No longer.

Try using the Chrome browser. It has built-in translation capabilities.

I am on an iPad , just went in Chrome browser but have no idea how to work the translation thingy...help please. Thanks

Hi there should be a translate option on Google Chrome, sits at bottom of page. Alternatively try emailing them or change your PayPal address to your F-in-L temporarily

I think there is a problem with my UK debit card being registered to my Spanish address and PayPal to my old U.K. address. Tried variations but it’s not playing! So frustrating, thanks for trying.
