Recent post re childhood PA

Hi, there was a post on here very recently by a mum who’s son is feeling very low with Vitb12 deficiency. I was sorry to read it and wish you both well. I wonder if anyone can link me with the post as it was very informative with links to childhood vitb12 deficiency guidance. I have PA and I am beginning to think my son may be showing signs of of it too.

Thank you if you may be able to advise as I can’t find the post and replies.
