When injecting b12 into your leg does it matter if you inject into the same leg every month or should you alternate?

ideally you should alternate the injection site and would suggest this is both using different points and using different legs.
Whilst monthly means that tissue is probably going to have time to heal I guess it is still possible to get situations where even using the same site monthly would result in the skin getting thicker etc.
The nurse who does my HNS injections always changes the arm even though those are 2 months apart.
I inject weekly and always alternate . I keep a note of which leg I inject . After 3 years of this there are no ill-effects to the skin .
I doubt it would make any difference at all. I’m totally certain that I wouldn’t be able to remember which leg I’d used a month ago.
I inject twice a week which means four times a month in each leg.
I agree with all the answers above and just add that those people who inject twice a day don't get the option but are still OK years later.
I know it's subcutaneous, not intramuscular, but many diabetics inject 5x every day OK for years.
