This photo is of a picture/ mosaic, acrylic and eggshell on slate, and is me attempting to regain all I have lost through having B12 deficiency for years. The eggshell mask is me (deficient) and is gradually falling away slowly in fragments, revealing the "old" me. I sent a card, with a copy of this photo, to my local MP, hoping to persuade him to attend Martyn Hooper's talk in the House of Commons today. He didn't reply - let's hope he turned up !

I don’t know if my MP went to the presentation at the Houses of Parliament . He never responded . B****y Brexit has taken over everything.

Still accepting blips as part of recovery, still striving for the "old" me (she's in there somewhere) and mostly still trying to work out what I need to do to help myself, noticing long-term changes (good and bad) and expecting everything to take a very long time.

No longer looking for answers, don't think they exist yet for me, but feel like I've lost too many years to this to aim for anything less than full restitution !
