I can't sleep more than 2 hours out of 24 hours in a day. It's new for me. I had a digest level but in last few days I have noticed that my digestion power getting low. Acidity level getting higher at night. Some unpleasant smell come out through mouth. Cough are like sticky, jelly etc when I awake up from sleep. Recently I've completed my graduation and still now unemployed and feeling depressed about that. I am from Bangladesh. Even I can't sleep at night. I m in trouble. Looking for help, advice and what not.

Murshidul, I'm very sorry for you. Not being able to sleep is horrible.

Do you think you might have an infection?

Umm I am not sure.

I’m sorry that you are having sleep

problems . But maybe related to your anxiety about work . You may not get much help on this forum as we are devoted to problems concerning Pernicious Anaemia only . You do need to see a doctor though . You may well have an infection. Best wishes to you .

murshidul, it really sounds as if you need to see a doctor. People on this forum are not medical professionals and this particular forum is about a particular disorder that prevents absorption of B12. What you are describing doesn't really fit with this.

"People on this forum are NOT medical professionals"

I think is what you intended.

Oh I am sorry. Can anyone suggest me where can I find my problem related forum?

murshidul -apologies for the typo in my earlier response but I am not sure if there is another forum. You really need professional medical advice - though I know that can be difficult to find. Is there a clinic or pharmacy you could get to - clinic would be better

I sure hope you see this reply. I happen to be a very bad sleep walker . I've been a member on here for a few years now and I was under the impression that there were medical professionals to talk to. Could've fooled me. Ok, I am going to refer you to a web site that does have professionals on it. webmd.com you go there and see if you can't get some help from them. I hope you do, please keep me informed, I'm very concerned.

Ninny1957. Health Unlocked describes itself as a social health network that enables people to share personal health experiences and information online.

It is not a place to access professional medical help as you mistakenly appear to believe.

This is the Pernicious Anaemia Society support forum and members come here to share their experience of pernicious anaemia (and the B12 deficiency it causes). None are medical professionals and none profess to be: we are just a group of people with the same medical condition...trying to support and help each other.

Indeed, none of the fora on the HU platform offer the kind of access to medical professional advice that you appear to mistakenly expect and it is made clear in both the HU and PAS Guidelines that discussion here does not (and cannot) take the place of,professional medical advice.

Murshidul's question about Sleep Disorders is 'off-topic' for this forum and as such members are unable to offer advice and support about something which they likely have no knowledge of (as was outlined by Gambit62).

Also note: webmed.com is a reference site and so Murshidul will be unable to access medical advice (though he will be able to read about a range of medical conditions).

Please be aware that if you belong to other fora within Health Unlocked, any advice you receive is not coming from a medical professional.

Sorry to hear about your problems and wish that we could help you but I think the first thing to do is see a doctor, sounds like you may have some kind of infection and stress maybe another factor causing you digestive problems.

I would see a doctor.
