I would just like to thank yous for the infomation about ferrous sulphate adding to your b12. As I explained I was still so so tired even after injection so I got some,I have only been taken it for 4 days and I can't believe the change I feel so much better so thank you all for your much appreciated infomation. Hope yous are as well as can be expected xx

Ferrous sulfate isn’t the best form of iron. It can be quite difficult for some people to absorb, especially if they have low stomach acid.

Smeht8ng like iron bisglycinate or fumarate will be absorbed more easily.
