Anxiety and panic

Just had my 5th and final injection 😀 next one in 3 months

1 hour later after injection full on panic and anxiety ! Feels like popcorn is going of in certain parts of my body.

I’ve been sick 🤕 I’m bloated not to mention vision problems and dizziness

One thing has improved I can think straight but why am I suddenly being attacked I feel worse than before ?

One friend reports these symptoms, including being sick if she is short of potassium.

As B12 uses up potassium as it works this might be your problem too?

I had this problem as well with potassium. I usually inject earlier in the day and that evening and into the next day I just make sure to have a couple bananas and a couple glasses of orange juice. I also have come to realize magnesium is important as well. I don’t take magnesium orally but do have 2-3 epsom salt baths for 25-30 minutes per week and this made a huge difference for anxiety.
