I had this problem as well with potassium. I usually inject earlier in the day and that evening and into the next day I just make sure to have a couple bananas and a couple glasses of orange juice. I also have come to realize magnesium is important as well. I don’t take magnesium orally but do have 2-3 epsom salt baths for 25-30 minutes per week and this made a huge difference for anxiety.
