Face numbness. Anyone else deal with this? Suggestions welcome.

Overall doing good, but this can be embarrassing at times. Affects mood too I think. Related to brain that is.

Yes I get numbness all down my right hand side, had investigations for stroke like symptoms and it has also been suggested that it could be silent migraines. Seems to sometimes coincide with low B12 but who knows I have been getting it for years now and no one seems to get to the bottom of it and it does come and go.
