I have been on tablets for B12 for many years - I get my levels checked and they are always okay - I have started going through the menopause and notice that I am getting the light headedness and feeling of sick - does anyone know if your levels drop due to the menopause and do I need to get tested again

its difficult to unravel everything that could be going on as the menopause and changes in hormones introduces some new factors.

Personally I found that hormones do affect how well I respond to B12 and how much I seem to need.
