Advice on SI please

Hi I’m new to the forum and so glad I found it! I was officially diagnosed with PA in January 2016 after having an op. To start with the B12 injections really boosted my energy and mood but after a few weeks I’d feel terrible. It’s easier to notice you’re on the way down when it happens so fast. I tried convincing my gp to let me have my b12 more often and went to every 11 weeks- obviously still didn’t help. I’ve wanted to SI for ages but not had the confidence, that is till I read all the positive posts on here. I ordered from the B12 company in Australia that someone on here recommended last week.

So my question is to those of you who’ve ordered from there before (my memory is awful and I can’t think of it right now) how long does it normally take to arrive?

And also how often should I SI? I know I start to notice a decline in health etc after 5/6 weeks after my injection at my GPs. My husband says to go for every 6 weeks but he really doesn’t understand the agony of chronic fatigue, brain fog, memory problems etc.

I’m hoping that once I start SI more often that I’ll get my life back. Thanks

I would go for once a month. Much easier to keep track of it that way.

keep a diaty of symptoms- frequency should be based on when they start to come back.

can't help with how long the vials will take to arrive - they should provide an estimate on the website.
