Low blood pressure

My BP has always been low but went really low. 80/60

I have had almost all the symptoms of PA Vertigo, dizziness, severe tingling first in my feet and then my whole legs, palpitations, etc. I am now on weekly B12 injections with amazing improvement until my next injection is due. My BP goes up quickly after the injection. 130/70. But falls back to 106/56 when my shot is due.

Is this a common symptom? Will it stabalize?

I would love to know this too Gsmandin. At present my blood pressure is 80/55 :0( I am on sublingual's waiting to learn to self-inject, I am having the symptoms you have and a shed load more :0( A thought! everything took my adrenals down, morning cortisol 137, I would get cortisol tested as this is notorious for causing low blood pressure.
