How much folic acid wld u recommend with subliguals/oral b12 ?

Taking 20 000 mcg b12 subs . daily.

Take anytime preferably same time every day just so u remember.

1 x 400ug tablet daily (recommended daily dosage) unless you’re low on Folate....then talk to your gp.

Ok, so upping my folic acid helps immensely !

Coconut oil really helps too.

Can help with brain and other issues i think. U can look up dr Newport who helped with her Husband's dementia. You cab YouTube that and other vids. :) wonder if it helps with nerves and digestion.
