In the U.K. we order our B12 from German online pharmacies. They sell both CYNOCOBALAMIN and Hydroxocobalamin ampoules . as far as I am aware injectable B12 isn't prescription only in canada so you may be able to get it mail-order from a canadian pharmacy, or get it by visiting canada if you aren't far from the border.

slimming clubs are another option as it's not being supplied for medical use - but you may need to actually get the injection done at the clinic.
