Supplements for damaged nerves. Need a recommendation!

I am wondering what can I do to help to cure my nerves. Of course, B12 will be the main drug but are there any other drugs? I know that Alpha Lipoic Acid is worth taking. But taken orally makes my stomach upset. I wonder how about intravenous one? Anybody?

B6 I will definitely take it but I need methylated one (the 'normal' one makes my body itching). So I am going to buy P-5-P tomorrow.

What else can I take? Any suggestions?

do you mean B6 or B9 (folate).

sustained high dose B6 (certainly doses >100mg a day over 6 months) have been linked to neurological problems - and memory problems - these generally reverse once supplementation comes to an end - but there are some cases where it hasn't reversed.

to know what you should be taking you would need to know what is causing the problem.

yes, usually the neurologist give also B6. I have to try to read about it. I hope that B6 given with B12 jabs is just recovering the balance. I wonder if I was taking B6 before was harmful to me.... Interesting
