Hot after jabs

Does anyone get very hot after there b12 injection?

I've only had loading doses but before and after for about two weeks would get very hot in the night and at various times in the day as well as heart palpitations. Started having a banana before bed and both stopped but not sure if it's the banana helping or body getting used to b12 again. Next dose October so will post if happens again .

if you had macrocytic anaemia then potassium levels can get a little depressed when you start on loading doses so it could have been the extra potassium from the banana that helped but it could also have been a co-incidence or even something else entirely.

You shouldn't have the same depletion problem when you get to October

Yes I get hot a couple of days after my jab, almost like a hot flush

With me it's nerves the aftermath of injecting myself, hot flush, dizzy then sick. Now it's just a tiny hot flush lol.
