Hi Leigh6873. The haemocrit is right at the top end of the range but still within normal limits. The most common cause of this is dehydration, especially likely in this case as a) it's not over the limit (just at the top) and b) the other results are all mostly okay.

The MCH is getting towards the top of the range (shows large round - macrocytic - red blood cells - and could be indicative of an emerging folate deficency (red cell folate is low in the other results you have posted - (it looks as if you have been supplementing with B12 so emerging macrocytic anaemia not due to B12 deficiency). But...if folate is low, then your body may not be able to utilise B12 properly.
