Try Magnesium.

It's around 4-5 years that I have muscle fasiculations on and off in different muscles of my body like in my leg or around my eye. I searched about it and found it can be because of low Magnesium in people who are suffering from chronic diarrhea as I had. So I tried Magnesium and it is working very well in stopping my fasiculations.

A few weeks ago I had the same feeling, vibration, shaking in my groin area. In the first few days I thought it's the building that is shaking because of the constructions around but after a while I found I have it everywhere so it's me. I did a little bit research to know what might be the reason and couldn't find anything except this page that reminded me my fasiculations and magnesium story. So I started Magnesium supplements and in my surprise it's gone in a few days. So let's try it. Hope it works for you.

Ironically, one of the common unpleasant effects of taking magnesium is diarrhoea.

That is true. Kind of weird. Chronic diarrhea makes hypomagnesia and magnesium sulfate makes diarrhea. But Magnesium supplements don't make a significant diarrhea.

Did for me.

It is for me too, what did you do to manage this ? As I would feel this is going to cause weight loss, I feel the benefits from the magnesium, but I don't think the toilet problem can carry on much longer

I decided that a magnesium deficiency was extremely unlikely. So I stopped taking it. I'm not sure why I even thought it might be a good idea. Just a simple perusal of what's written about it was enough to convince me that it's another evidence-lacking fad.

I'm taking it for sleep, it's working for that most definitely, but this gut reaction is a problem

There are many types of magnesium supplements. Magnesium citrate has laxiitive properties, magnesium glycinate does not. Do some research and choose what is best for you. naturalnews.com/046401_magn...

You cannot be 'too acid'. If you are, having calcium 'pulled from you' (whatever that is supposed to mean) would be the least of your worries. Being dead would be much more serious.

Facts aren’t positive or negative. They just are.

Yeah, I recently read something, The magnesium miracle. If something works for you then that’s good but I’ve stopped believing in what they come up with about a single mineral or vitamin......the magical properties.

Your body is not designed to take a single mineral/vitamin out of the full list and you get better.......unless you have a particular deficiency.

All you need really is a healthy diet, some regular exercise and some ‘luck’ that you don’t get hit with a certain illness or disease (sometimes an unknown cause of sickness/illness or disease).

Pharmaceuticals and modern medicine lie through their......what you call it ?......their Asses if I may say so.

What gets me every time is the Logo for the British and American Medical Association. If you Google it, it’s a snake wrapped around a pole.........just Google and see.

Let me know what you think.

It’s telling you something.
