May I have some advice please on B12.

Thank you all for your feed back with my last post. l have just started a course of 6 B12 injections and wondered if there are supplements I need to take also.

I have Hasimotos Thyrioditis. Which I wasn't told ( just a phone call to say I had an interactive thyroid and to start with 50 gems of Levi. This was after years of back and forth with all my ailments gave up for a while then went back last year and so the story goes.

I decided to have a private blood test results were posted on thyroid UK and referred here as my B12 was sitting at 88. Went to Docs with the results ND she repeated. B12 had gone up a little but she decided I had peripheral neuropathy. no mention of PA or why I am not absorbing B12.

Any advice is so greatfully received.

see response on original post - 400mcg folic acid from supermarket is generally good as folic acid can initially drop when you start with B12.
