Using a converter I have converted my current serum B12 92pmol/L to 124.69 ng/L

This is low right ?? Can you advise ? Thanks

yes it is low - assuming this was the serum B12 rather than the active B12 test - if it was the active B12 test then it would be in range.

Do you have the ranges as well as the result?

My mistake...it was active....really quite disappointed now . Have had MMA and homocystiene done privately this amorning so fingers crossed there :(
