suggest that you looked through the pinned posts and learn as much as you can about B12 deficiency

you have folate deficiency and quite probably a B12 deficiency - hope you got advice on the thyroid results on the thyroid forum.

You need to discuss with your GP if you can - please don't supplement until you have exhausted all possibilities of getting a diagnosis through your GP.

Most likely cause is an absorption problem

Thanks!! I have booked an appointment for tomorrow and I am taking my mum as the doctors have put me on anti depressants as of last week as they keep saying its all in my head
