What is the correct loading dose with Methyl sublingual 2,500 mcg to start with to get a good base going? I take one at night(for 2 days). Thank you.

Sorry but I don't think there is a clear answer to your question because people vary so much and some people don't respond to oral doses, and for others methyl isn't the best form. All you can do is try it and see. It might take a while for you to feel the effects so I'd suggest try it for a week and see though it is a bit difficult that you haven't been able to get your GP to treat you properly.
