Hi, I've recently had annual bloods done and HB has come down from last year, as still in range doc. doesn't consider supplement necessary. Could anyone recommend a supp. that would give a boost and would be kind to stomach? Thanks

I use Solgar's Gentle Iron from Amazon.

It's only 25mg, so not much chance of having too much, but just right to supplement natural sources. It's in the form of the bisglycinate, which means it's a lot more soluble than iron sulfate, even in conditions of low acidity (often the cause of poor absorption of iron).

Much thanks, sounds just what I'm seeking. Good to hear from someone with personal experience of the product.
