I take b12 cyan/tabs 50mcg 2 daily & vitd fultium d3 3,200unit caps 1 daily, I have posted last results, now I am going to buy BH new b12 test, would I have to stop vits before I use it and for how long as I still have symptoms,thx for any replies

Personally, I would keep up with the tablets. Here's why...

If you have a problem absorbing B12 then the tiny amount (compared to that given in injections) will make not a lot of difference to your B12 levels. If they're low while taking the tablets then they'll be a little bit lower without - and you'll need some other form of supplementation.

If you don't have an absorption problem then 50 ug a day may be enough to keep your levels where they need to be. So you can happily keep taking them.
