There are such a lot of knowledgeable people on here, Kaz2910. Read some of the pinned posts, and ask questions. Someone is bound to know!

I'm a beginner at this too, but I've learned a lot in the last couple of months!

There is a lot of info, some of it very complex.

The Pernicious Anaemia Society has a lot of information in its library - pernicious-anaemia-society.... - most of which is only available to members. But their PA Information Leaflet (PAIL 1) is for everybody and contains a good guide to PA.

I'd also recommend Martyn Hooper's book - amazon.co.uk/About-Pernicio...

Please feel free to ask any specific questions and we'll see if we can unbaffle you. :-)

use the checklist of symptoms to identify everything that is relevant to you and monitor how they improve with the loading shots and change there-after.

Also look through the information in the pinned posts.

Hi.

I hope that you will feel so much better after you get your loaded doses next week.

You have definitely come to the right place to get guidance and reassurance from.

Even though, in my initial very confused and desperate state (and upsetting some people along the way, for which I have now apologised for), they have been very understanding and helpful here.

I wish you all the best, and ask away!

There are some very knowledgeable and helpful people on here.
