Yes, I've used them. They did nothing for me.

Yes I used them when I was really desperate ! I'm afraid even when wearing about 10 , they didn't help me at all . But don't forget we are all different , they may work for you . I had to resort to self- injecting .

The only ones i could say worked in any way for me were ones from a company called viepatch.

Not necessarily - try them and see - B12 is very personal so you can't really go by the experiences of other.
