I happen to become very interested in injectable B12 recently. I've never given myself an injection but feel I can bit the bullet. I usually check out leads from this site for getting B12 ( not the cyano stuff though). The prices just seem to be too pricey for my wallet. I'm thinking of getting capsule form of "pure" methyl B12 powder and taking it Intranasally. Readily available and no hassle to acquire. No doubt this method isn't the best but probably much better than taking orally. Sorry if this question was already ask a gazillion times.

Do you have a B12 deficiency/absorption disorder? Your doctor doesn't give you injections or not enough?
Never heard anyone do what you are thinking of. Doesn't sound like something I'd try. There are a couple of good nasal sprays though (it has something to do with the delivery and the 'carrier' (oil) But why not just take (methyl) sublinguals?
What's wrong with cyanocobalamin? Most people can easily convert it into the two (yes, two) active forms. It's more stable than methylcobalamin, it tends to be cheaper and easier to obtain.
Some people are put off by scare stories about cyanide. While it's true that it does release a molecule of cyanide, the amount from 1000 ug of cyanocobalamin is about the same as in one-tenth of a glass of prune juice.
