I am not receiving healthunlocked emails. Been through the procedure to rectify this to no avail, so sent email to healthunlocked which they have acknowledged, but still no emails.
Any idea's, or should I wait a bit longer.

Check your spam folder, perhaps your email manager thinks they are spam. There should be a way to reset it to Not Spam. Typically you would select the email and look for an option in a menu or menu bar to reset it, or click the right mouse button on the email and choose it from a popup menu.
Are you on Virgin by chance?
Virgin changed their mail servers & this has caused havoc. Their internal spam filters remove all sorts of legitimate mail, so the sender doesn't get bounce back & the customer doesn't even receive it into their own Spam folder.
