I used to get this before I was went on four weekly injections. Felt like my phone was vibrating.

This also happens to me, although not often anymore. I haven't even considered telling my doctor because although I wouldn't expect to be laughed at, I wouldn't expect to be taken seriously, either. I think this was one of the symptoms which began early on and I hadn't been diagnosed with B12 Def yet. Probably about the same time I was staggering around trying to understand why I was having balance problems.
How often do your incidences occur? Do you also have symptoms of peripheral neuropathy, such as burning, tingling, numbness in arms, hands, feet?

It's common, I have that too. It's gets better once the nerves are healed but still happens when I'm due for a shot.
I've noticed this too! Is it a sign of B12 deficiency? I'm hypothyroid not pernacious anemic
