Well update is I have now been started on Cytamen injections one every month! Had first one yesterday so am crossing my fingers that I don't feel as awful as I did after previous injection! Fingers crossed! Anyone had this injection ?

Not had it personally but think it is quite common in the US - it is cyanocobalamin.

Looks like there is also a product called Neo-Cytamen which is hydroxocobalamin.

Thanks for your reply! Was so wary of going for this as the side effects I had from Hydroxo really put me off but 3 days since injection and so far so good! Doctor said it can be trial and error as to finding what suits each individual!!

Glad that cyano seems to be working better for you

Really great that you have a doctor who actually recognises that they need to treat patients rather than test results.
