Just had a letter back from hospital my haemoglobin is 143 that is after my loading doses, and 1 3monthtly jab. Why is it still so low. All other bloods normal.

Do you mean haemoglobin or B12?
It just says haemoglobin and all other results normal
143 seems normal for haemoglobin. The normal range from my most recent result is 115 - 165g/L.
I thought that 143 haemoglobin was good for a female mine is 109 and they say it is borderline anaemic. I thought they did a special test for B12, I would ask for that result then you and the doctor should know how to treat. Are they continuing with your injections, wishing you well
