i have this iron deficiency and do eat cannot get out head i have this but is really horrible started on tabs and eat as normal all my bones are killing me no energy at min just want to back on feet it make depressed when i am all out and bout help other people and support them with theier health need .This come right out blue. not coping very well at min and very grump .

Hey. I think that sometimes you need to make sure that you eat little bit less the iron-rich products because your body is trying get useful to those products and there is iron process taking place since the iron is getting into the blood vessels. Your bones are going be in pain due to lack of iron that is supporting them in many ways.
