To clarify the situation with folate in the BMJ review - for the people who seem to think a) it is not mentioned

or

b) it is not mentioned in the right context.

There are at least two sections referring to it and one states folate should be supplemented until B12 is replete.

I have to paraphrase you understand.

Now, if you have doubts, may I suggest you read the review yourselves to make sure you understand the situation before taking anyone else's word for it.
