I often get comments like "that was a heavy sigh" and I have never linked it to B12 def!! - Most of the time I don't notice I do it except at night time when I am in bed. I wonder if it is the same nights that I just have to go to bed because it is the only thing that relieves my restless legs!!! I will have to monitor it and take note!!

My restless leg syndrome comes & goes. I have figured out that if I take some liquid iron & go to the chiropractor my restless legs stop. It works for me. Good luck.
