Can I take B12 Complex vitimin tablets with B12 injection which I receive every 4 months? Many thanks Sian G

of course, and indeed this is a very good idea (to 'balance out' all of your B vitamins).

I take a B complex every day, one which has 50mg of each B vitamin.

I decided to take the vitamin b complex along with my 3 monthly b12 injections and I really feel it is making a difference. I do not feel as tired. I would like more frequent injections but my GP surgery say 3 months is their policy. I always notice symptoms coming back 2 months after my b12 injection.
