Hi Johnbarriesmith

Perhaps this is one you will have to take all the way to the Houses of Parliament, try your local MP in the first instance and ask him to take it up with the Health Minister. If that fails, you could think of trying the newspapers for their support. No one can give you back your glands I guess, but you may manage to get compensated, if that helps. You may also have insurance cover, might be worth looking into any policies you may have. Sadly I doubt you will see light at the end of the tunnel for a number of years, such cases seem to drag on for ever I'm afraid.

Good luck with your quest and hope you feel better soon.

I can personally recommend Medical Solicitors Harman and Harman. London/Canterbury. They sometimes work on a 'no win no fee basis. They did me proud and helped stop a lot of suffering and deaths when acting for me and others.

I went to the Healthcare Commission in 2005 , it took 8 Case Managers and 18 months for them to produce an unamed expert (probably Tony Weetman ) who said there was no case to answer . But after Stafford Hospital it didnt supprise me ,lIke the GMC they were there to protect the Medical Profession and their Insurers ( Ronnie Powell Case ,still not resolved .)
