Not sure if it is normal but I certainly suffer with hip, feet and sometimes hand pain. It comes and goes and I can't say I have entirely figured out why. I do think it is better when I am well dosed up with B12, multi-vitamins and evening primrose though. Would be interested to see if anyone else has any other advice. Apart from my digestive issues, foot pain is my biggest concern.

What's with the evening primrose?I've been told to take that

by a few..what does that do for you? =)))

Hi tattersall,

I have PA and have pain in hip from time to time it's excrutiating, hand freezes if carrying something heavy.

I've found having vit D helps along with a good vit c to help absorption .The pains go after this and i know when it comes back i reach again for vit D

I also self inject hydroxo (b12) once a week

All the best

Jo
