Does any of you use oxygen cylinder?

I feel like I am not having enough oxygen...gasping for air.

Any advice on where to get one in the UK.

How much litre do you supposed to go through a day? Is it safe to be on it all day?

I have no idea of how it should be used so please bare with my newbie question.

I cannot comment on any other aspect of your question, but cylinders have often been replaced by concentrators. The Wiki article appears to be an acceptable start point to understand what they do:
