Legs are heavy and weak...

Hi all. I am doing Pramipexole 1mg 3X per day also B1 HCL 500mg 2X per day. Suggestions? Thank you in advance!

I struggled with Pramipexole when I was on it. Felt dizzy and weak. I felt much better when I was put on carbo/levo.

Thank you, Sherry. I had a slight reaction to carbo/levo and abandon it. It's still in my closet; maybe I could try a lower dose to get use to it? Pramipexole is starting to eat away my brain.

Immediate release carbo/levo is usually prescribed by default. Most PWP do better on a time release version.

I am on 4 mg Neupro patch. At higher dose, my legs felt heavy when I walked, especially in the mornings. I do use in conjunction with Azilect and C/L (Rytary).
