What’s the recommended frequency of Dosages with CBD oil?

I went out on a limb and bought some CBD oil today it’s 20:1. I took one dose about an hour ago and it made my lips and tongue numb. But I continue to give it a try for about a month that’s how much I bought I think I’d like to hear from those with more experience please thank you very much. Be kind

I was advised by a neurologist while in Uruguay to build up to 2 drops of 5 mg. per drop per day. I use Endoca brand (heated).

I should clarify to build up to 2x a day, of 2 drops @ 5 mg. each.

does the cdb oil that you use have thc or not? i've tried both. the non-thc variety didn't do much for me. the cdb w/thc works as a sleep aid. i find that i sleep better with it.

Agreed, regular cbd does nothing. I take cbd with thc to sleep. Works well

THC is not an ingredient in the product I bought. Mine contain CBD and CBG in a ratio of 20 to 1. I’ve only used it twice and so far no big deal. I’m taking about 5 mL once a day around four in the afternoon. Hoping for a little relief for muscle stiffness.
