Is anyone currently using CBD OIL for Parkinson’s and how much do you take and has it helped to control tremors and sleep better ?

CBD oil is basically for pain relief. Arthritis , back pain etc,

How ever the muscle aching caused by the shakes is knocked back a bit .

I have a bee s wax that contains it and I use it on my knees and back and it is very helpful.

I also use the oil sublingual ,2 drops under the tongue twice a day , again very helpful.

I was getting pain in my stomach when I took any pain killers

Cannabis can be helpful for sleep but not necessarily cbd alone. I was prescribed a tincture by an MD thats 1:1 cbd/thc. I get no psychoactive effects from the amount i use. Helps me to sleep longer and better. If you live where this is available, i know its still not legal everywhere.

77 m PD dx 5 years. Tried everything with no luck - finally 1 1/2 years ago switched to Rytary and azletec 1 mg - like night and day. I was a different person. I tried CBD for 3 months - no help. Rytary was the answer for me. It is expensive but there are ways to lessen the cost.

my Dr was very generous with samples - then there are several places/ways to ask for discounted prices and financial help - if you have part D ask how they will treat Rytary . lastly there are 3 or 4 foundations that you can apply to. My neurologists assistants were very helpful in pointing me to different places. The manufacturer was also helpful in this regard.,
