Just watched "The gut, our second brain" on Amazon Prime. Full of very interesting info. Has anyone tried abdominal acupuncture?

It really shows you PWP need to eat super healthy to support gut/neuronal health. Back at it in 2019. Wishing everyone a year filled with empowering ourselves through food, movement and laughter.

Thanks for the info. I am putting on my list to watch. I have been having acupuncture treatments for 6.5 years now, various acupuncturists over the years with various backgrounds and techniques. Have settled on acupuncturist I really like for past few years now who understands Parkinsons. I will ask her about this too.
