Seratame. Has anyone had experience with this natural supplement?

Seratame, was developed primarily for restless leg syndrome. ( RLS) There is so much information I will direct you to the site. It appears that this could be some benefit for for PWP. Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a good product. My husband only suffers with restless leg very occasionally and normally find it is when he is low in magnesium, but from a nutritional standpoint the ingredients make sense for many people who get this regularly.

I believe one of the main causes of RLS is iron deficiency / anaemia. I had it when I had low levels of iron due to undiagnosed coeliac disease (poor absorption). It disappeared as my iron levels increased with supplementation, but you need to know you are low in iron before you supplement it as high levels of iron are dangerous to health.
