Difference between pramipexole and Ropinirole

Two years back,I stopped pramipexole due to prostate enlargement on the advice of MDS. Now another neuro advising of ROPARK(Ropinirole). Both are DA.I fear to take this due to earlier bad experience.I am taking LD/CA 100/25 And MP everyday. Can anyone share experience

I've been taking ropinirole for a few months and was very concerned about possible side effects. I started by taking 0.25mg 3 times a day and 'tirated' up over a period of a few weeks. My GP and husband kept an eye on me. I'm now taking 4mg slow release once a day. Aside from a little nausea in the beginning and some blotches, I was and am fine. I also take aziclet and use Muccuna Puriens.

Pramipexole is an I direct mood lifter without the need of an antidepressant requip doesn't react that way in most PWP. Chemically there is little difference

Isis I purchased the mp on the Internet. Says its 25% Levadopa. The bag is 50 grams. I'm afraid to add it and afraid to lower my c/l doses. Any suggestions on how to deal with this ? I'm much more open to the natural stuff. Drs here just basically say not enough evidence or trials. Thanks Judy

Internet? Write down exactly what you have as requip and pramipexole are agonists and not ldopa

Was not aware DAs caused prostate trouble. They work for some people but my experience with them was a disaster and I stay away. How much C/L and mucuna you taking?
