Parkinson's Movement



Ive just posted a video on Its raw and unedited as I wanted to show some personality and little of the fun that I have with my personal trainer. More importantly is the fact that I now train bare footed, which has had a tremendously positive effect on my balance, core strength and stability. I'd welcome your thought and comments. Tracey (my wife) is a fully trained reflexologist and is currently writing an article on bare feet and the benefits of removing your shoes AND socks that I will post at in the next few days.

This is something new. I'm always afraid of walking barefoot as I don't feel as stable. I'm eager to learn more about it.
