so I have been plagued with abdominal pain for a while and have been told that it’s due to an enlarged / fatty liver . I worked on it for years , lowering my weight and adjusting my diet . I’m a new person entirely and have recently been told by a Hepatologist that my liver is doing well. I still have a sharp pain in the Center left of my abdomen. I had an abdominal ct scan done and a bunch of bloodwork but doctors have not found the source of the pain . My question is whether or not others have experienced these symptoms and how likely it is that this might be a pancreatic issue . Kinda scared . Any info would be appreciated

I had to the same issue. Multiple ER visits to many Drs. I finally had an endoscopic ultrasound that found stranding on my pancreas. It was undermined if I had chronic pancreatitis but was diagnosed with EPI.
Get your doctor to order a fecal elastase test. This is a noninvasive, inexpensive way to check for CP; if fecal elastase is low, this will indicate CP.
