She is suffering from severe pain / burning in the bowel area. Seems to come on after food in particular - no certain foods setting it off as it seems to vary. She says it feels like a lot of trapped wind? Any suggestions / advice on food or way to avoid it as it is becoming more frequent.

My mum has this problem too. She went for scans for this in the first place and was diagnosed with gastritis before they found the cancer. So far they have given her numerous laxatives such as movicol and entrolax but none of them work. I am also trying health supplements as doctors are not looking at it specifically and keep fobbing her off with medication. I shall let you know if we find something that helps
Thanks for your reply. I will also let you know if we find anything that helps. Take care x
Hi
Thanks for this info. We are going to ask the GP if my mum in law can have it. I am glad it is working for your mum.
